Our wonderful Yoga instructor, Linda, recently suffered a broken leg and will be out for at least 3 months - we are trying to find a temporary substitute and will post when we resume this class
Learn basic tools of yoga - such as breathing, relaxation and gentle postures that can can enhance your quality of life and help ease the suffuring caused by main ailments common to seniors such as chronic pain, arthritis and heart disease.

A great night to hang out with other Football Fans, make new friends, and enjoy the game without the usual distractions you would find at home or at a bar. Three TV screens to watch, and 'majority rules' to decide which Game will be on the main screen with sound. Men are in charge - and will need to bring snacks to share (or not share).
