Our wonderful Yoga instructor, Linda, recently suffered a broken leg and will be out for at least 3 months - we are trying to find a temporary substitute and will post when we resume this class
Learn basic tools of yoga - such as breathing, relaxation and gentle postures that can can enhance your quality of life and help ease the suffuring caused by main ailments common to seniors such as chronic pain, arthritis and heart disease.
